This position will be responsible for adding capacity to Pennsylvania Stands Up’s Deep canvass across Pennsylvania statewide. This position can be between 16 and 40 hours/week and will run through Nov 10. This position is supervised by the Canvass Manager and Canvass Leads.

We anticipate further growth in 2021 and desire a Finance Director to be comfortable creating systems that can scale as our movement does. The ideal Finance Director has experience with managing accounting and bookkeeping within 501(c) non profits, and state and federal level political action committees. The Finance Director will orient their work to allow for our movement to expand at a fast and sustainable rate across all program areas.

The Distributed Organizer will be responsible for helping to lead PA Stands Up’s distributed volunteer team, which includes recruiting volunteers from across the state and country to build progressive power in this election cycle, building systems and structures to increase volunteer leadership and capacity, and training and supporting members to support down ballot candidates and flip control of the PA state government. The Distributed Organizer will work with both members and staff to achieve their goals, and will be expected to develop teams of volunteers to execute the program and build power.
